The team led by Special Counsel Jack Smith is acknowledging that after the FBI obtained it, important evidence in the case involving the former president Donald Trump’s sensitive materials was changed or corrupted. Smith’s side has also acknowledged that it lied to the court for a while.

Smith’s team subtly acknowledged that the document order in some of the boxes that were taken from Mar-A-Lago was changed or jumbled in a court filing that was made public on Friday. In the end, this resulted in two distinct chronologies: a digitally scanned chronology and a physical chronology based on the box contents.

No thinking person will dispute the following.

Trump kept classified documents that belonged to the national archives after he left office.

When discovered and told to return them he refused and lied saying he didn’t have them.

The FBI obtained a search warrant for his residence and found the documents he lied about possessing.

After being out of office and no longer having the authority to declassify anything he shared classified information with others including a member of the press and golf club members.

This is what matters in the case, that the FBI put the papers back in the box in a different order is completely irrelevant. Trump is a criminal and a t*****r to the nation, laws and constitution he took an oath to protect. Give him a fair speedy trial and let the chips fall where they may.
