I have a complaint.

Just a simple one:

I like many of the long time posters are kind of getting upset at the fact that, some of you got TDS badly. Not every subject should go back to one Donald J Trump.

It is true I support MAGA, but Trump is not the central "king" of my life. Nor is he a "king" to a vast majority of his supporters.


Now, Pete is a liberal, feisty and sometimes inaccurate as we all are. But at times he's a good debater and I've debated with him off and on for three president cycles.

Pete, stepped out of politics for a moment and made a good post on Mark Twain. Awesome thread. Me likes it.

But some liberals then changed the narrative to make it about Trump, turning me and many Maga supporters off of a good thread.

I think that shows bad form. I think that is an insult to Pete.

I believe that Americans are Americans. We have vigorous debates on all kinds of subjects. We shout, we yell, we argue, we debate with great passion on what we believe in. That's a great positive thing.....

But I think administration, should start making members, stick to the subject matter at hand. What the topic described in the first post. We should be confined to that within the thread.

I read a post from Archie Bunker that holds the same principle in the amount of topics side of this very same issue.

Come on guys stick to the topic at hand. It is very rare that I applaud Pete on one of his postings, and if Pete isn't insulted that the great Mark Twain is tarnished by a post about Trump, I don't know what to say about the etiquette here.... let's be reasonable.

In the Real Estate trial, there was no jury. Judge Engoron refused to allow one. That is his prerogative under NY State Law. Why do you think they held the trial there? An appeals court has already found part of the verdict unconstitutional.
As for the "rape" trial... where to start? Something that supposedly happened thirty years ago. There was no evidence, there were no witnesses, and the woman doing the accusing has already accused SIX OTHER MEN of the same thing over the years. This assault supposedly happened in a thin walled dressing room in the middle of a busy department store with customers and employees a few feet away. As a matter of fact, her story line is plagiarized from an episode of Law and Order: SVU that aired several years after the fabricated assault. If you want to know how much Trump is disliked in Manhattan, ask yourself how someone can be found guilty of a crime that happened thirty years ago without a single witness, a shred of evidence, a story line plagiarized from a TV show and uttered by a woman who has accused, counting Trump, seven different men of rape. E Jean Carroll could not even remember the YEAR the f**e assault happened.

Really, here's what I remember about his term. For the first time since Obama care lies were passed, I could afford my insurance premiums, premiums dropped from almost $1200 a month to under $800. I was putting money in the bank and at the end of the year, showing a tax cut of around $4000.00. The quality of my life far outweighed the misery that Joe has imposed on the working class people. I lived in Southern Ca and felt safer around the border and in the city at night. Joe lies. He tells us our lives are better now like he is totally detached from reality. We are involved in at least 3 wars "started under his watch", he is flooding our country with more Government recipients for us to house, feed and educate. He even lies about that. I live in reality and I know "Life was better under Trump". Don't care about his tweets just like you don't care about Joe's threats and if he wants to fire people who isn't working out for him "that's his perogative".

( In answer to: unintended consequences

It’s obvious how you lean politically. Now take the time to do a search on all President Trump actually *accomplished* and what they were. He worked for and in the Americans best interests, no matter their skin color.

When his tax breaks end in 2025 taxpayers are going to feel even more pain in their pocket books and if they’re invested in the stock market, which approximately 1/2 of working Americans are, they want a 45% tax on those investments. Then add the costs of higher gasoline prices, food costs, insurance and health care insurance also going up. Housing and rental prices going up too. Heck everything is costing more under Biden.

Then take a look at how much approx. 80% of taxpayers Trump tax breaks reduced their taxes, while raising taxes on some ‘rich’ citizens. For some in the middle class those tax increases will hurt.

Take a good look at how bidenomics isn’t working; his economic policies aren’t working; his massive spending on the Ukrainian government’s war, hasn’t helped them to take back what they lost to Russia; his attempt to lower our interest rates/inflation rates have failed too. Biden’s done nothing to improve the lives of our average American workers, yet he lies about how well it’s all doing. Just like Obama did in their mutual administration when Obama took credit for things he hadn’t done, yet refused to acknowledge his own policy decisions that didn’t work.

The list of failures by Biden are long and his polling numbers in the swing states continue to tank. Even Dems are getting more and more concerned about them. James Carvelle was the first I heard speak out about ‘what is he doing?’ (as he sees Biden’s losing the youth v**e). Now others are speaking about his chances of being re-elected and what can he do to turn this mess he created around. Then of course we have college students across America totally against bidens decision to not give our ally, Israel, financial and arms help. So, if he can’t dictate Russia’s way to fight their own war with the Ukrainian leaders, bidens going to withhold the equipment they’ve requested to fight their war. Yet Biden’s given it to other nations in the ME. But our long term ally, no he’s going to screw them.

Meanwhile biden has been funding the Ukrainian war with multiple billions and more than willing to continue sending them taxpayer funds ‘for as long as it takes for them to beat Russia’. ( both pelosi and Biden pledged, this ‘forever funding’ until the war ends).

As far as you believing when American citizens think differently than you/the left think, doesn’t at all threaten our Republic. If you read the historical articles which speak to the time our Founders were trying decide if they were going to form this new country of ours, into a democracy or a republic, they fought each other like crazy. So, in other words it’s normal operating procedure.

Dictator and President for life... Please provide concrete evidence that he wants to be a Dictator for life... Also please be honest, do you really think that if Biden loses he will go quietly?? Do you not remember what Hillary Clinton told biden in 2020 not to concede under any circumstances.. I believe biden will NOT concede and Democrats will do anything and everything possible to make sure that Trump will not get a foot into the White House... I believe it could get worse than J****** 6th..
